The training centre offers courses for operators, maintenance men and system administrators. Instructors also work at customers' with classroom lessons and OJT (On-the-Job-Training). SELEX Sistemi Integrati's devises and manages integrated training programmes with other FINMECCANICA group companies for Defence and government institutions.
The company also provides SCORM-standard e-learning and IETM solutions, CBT, LMS courses in compliance with the latest approved standards (SGML, XML, PDF, CSDB) and military standards (AECMA 1000D, NAV 70, MIL-M-15071H). Integrated solutions for technical material management and simulation & training centres are also available.
