Ever since its foundation,SELEX Sistemi Integrati has been a member of the
FINMECCANICA
Mindsh@re community, an initiative which in five years of
activity has promoted
technological development and
innovation
within the Group, along with co-operation and innovation processes which can
significantly affect the
creationofvalue in the
individual companies.
Thanks to the interaction of an increasing number of people, technologies and
skills from the world of FINMECCANICA, Mindsh@re has generated a community
which takes the shape of a network based on knowledge sharing.
There are currently
seven communities within the FINMECCANICA Group,
each with a specific mission: Radar, Homeland Security, Software &
Capability Maturity Model Integration, Materials, Simulation for Training,
Integrated Environment for Design & Development Community, Logistics &
Services. These “knowledge aggregations” are the true driving force of a
shared culture, capable of giving value to innovation, and constitute
one of the most revealing examples of FINMECCANICA's new industrial
capacity.
