possible, during the entire
project lifecycle, so as to ensure
uninterrupted results. Indeed, the presence of all company functions and
capabilities ensures, thanks to team members' peculiar skills, both the
appropriate technical, economic and financial contribution to the project, and
the proper connection between the project and the activities assigned to the
represented function, whilst establishing the fundamental
link between
function and
project.
