There are numerous initiatives organized by SELEX Sistemi Integrati to promote history, experience and professional skills and technology within and outside the company.

One of the most important activities is no doubt the SELEX Sistemi Integrati Academy, launched in March 2010 with the intentionto to create a real corporate university to encourage, support and coordinate innovation, scientific research, knowledge and human capital.

Another important initiative is the Radar Museum, the very first one ever realised in Europe by a company and born from the desire to retrieve, sort, store and transmit the memory of the production history of radars, which, at least at national level, began about 60 years ago, just in today's corporate site of Fusaro (Naples).
